A lot has been going on since I last posted on here. The wedding season is now on full swing and we’re also still working on the new menu. In fact, we showcased a new canape last weekend from the new menu, Chilli Lobster with Tellicherry Pepper, which went down a storm. We spent 1 month developing the recipe and went through 24 lobsters in the process! We’re about half way now and hope to release the menu in June/July.
We’ve been busy most weekends catering at wedding and the latest one was last weekend at the gorgeous Alnwick Castle. The venue is stunning and it was amazing to get the chance to plan the whole event.
The tram has also been down in London for some networking events, which has been super fun. Met a lot of people and also had the chance to meet some clients and visit some venues.
We’re also close to releasing news about our latest venture into mobile bars. This will be coming soon!
