Thought I would give you all an update of what’s been happening in the world of Coriander Manchester! It’s been such a busy 3 weeks for us. Sometimes it feels like everyone is getting married and getting us to cook them up some Indian wedding food!
Firstly, we were lucky enough to have the chance to provide Indian food catering at the Monastery in Gorton for Raghuv and Nikita Ruia; which went down a storm. Everyone loved the food and the presentation was outstanding. We even got a lovely thank you note 🙂
I was unable to see you after the Sangeet to thank you personally.
Please accept this mail as our appreciation for the catering at the sangeet last Thursday.
The food was appreciated by all and the presentation of the Canapes was particularly noted.
Thank you for all your assistance from both Raghuv and myself.
All the staff here at Coriander are Manchester United supporters so when it was announced they’d need Indian catering services, the whole staff was super excited. We all love working there and that day was amazing. Really need to remember to take some pics next time! Along with a lot more events, I have been snowed under with quote requests and food tastings for events next summer! It’s nice to hear from clients that the food they taste at the tastings is the best of any Indian caterer in the UK. 🙂
If you follow us on Twitter you will know that I have been out an about this month dining with clients (which has been super fun). I’ve been for cocktails, dinners and indulged with scones! I just love scones with clotted cream and jam…emmm…!
As a throwback to the past; take a look at the first ever videos we have of Coriander Manchester. They were shot a long time ago and we will be looking at making some new ones that showcase Indian catering Manchester.
See you soon,
