Graduating with a degree in Design from Salford University gave Deepika the impetus to strive in the asian event design and hospitality sector. With over 10 years experience working in England and India has given her the ability to take Coriander to new heights. Her love of design also means she loves to take a hands on approach when it comes to designing an event.
Suni holds a wealth of experience when it comes to bar design and mixology. His level of knowledge in this area of events is astonishing. He has been fortunate to gain valuable experience at the most elite events in the country and this has given Suni the drive to push the boundary further and to reach new heights. It’s not experience that pushes him further but the genuine desire to accomplish great things in this field and at all times the customer comes first.
Executive Chef, Lalit Sodhi, is well know through out the UK. He started off his career at a young age and worked for Imperial, Oberoi, Maurya Sheraton and culminating in working for the Taj Group in India. At this time he was also given the opportunity to travel and cook for the Indian Olympic team in Seoul. He was head hunted by the Gaylord Group in London and moved to England where shortly after started working in asian wedding catering.
Since joining Natalie has been invaluable to Coriander. Graduating from Manchester University with a degree in Event Management, she holds a wealth of information and ideas that have been moving Coriander forward at a lightning pace.
